Responsibilities

Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional and non-functional specifications.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and improvements that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and supporting delivery teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across the full lifecycle.
5 years of experience in business analysis or IT delivery.
