About the Role
CARFAX is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships with existing dealers by up-selling new products and services. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, achieving monthly metric goals, and increasing customer awareness, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up-selling new products and services in a phone-based environment
- Provide top-notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makers
- Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
- Increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products
- Collaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvements
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being a highly motivated self-starter
Requirements
- Customer service, relationship management and retention experience
- Exceptional communication & time management skills
- Goal oriented and results focused
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to persuade & influence others through demonstrated product knowledge
- Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Salary/Compensations
- $53,700 to $67,100 CAD annually plus a performance based incentive package
