About the Role
We are looking for fun, customer-focused Food Counter Attendants committed to providing guests with winning experiences. This position is crucial to our success, requiring teamwork to exceed guest expectations and ensure a fun environment. You will prepare and serve food and drinks, maintain inventory, and provide cash support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and drinks following high-quality standards.
- Maintain supplies and inventory.
- Provide cash and tendering support.
Requirements
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Proven ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers.
- Thorough understanding of methods, machinery, techniques, and sanitation practices for concession food and alcoholic beverage preparation and service.
- Working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures.
- Proven accuracy in performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Working knowledge of Safe Food Handling Procedures and Health and Safety Practices is an asset.
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining Smart Serve certification and food handlers certificate.
