About the Role
This role involves working with car wash owners to optimize facility operations, troubleshoot issues, and install chemical delivery systems. It also includes a sales component focused on acquiring new chemical accounts by developing sales pipelines and creating value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on all NCS cleaning solutions and their performance in professional car wash equipment.
- Provide professional and technical expertise in the delivery and usage of NCS products.
- Position the NCS brand as a market leader in car wash solutions.
- Assess the full wash process, including water, chemical, and equipment interaction.
- Measure and adjust chemical delivery systems, and troubleshoot wash components.
- Explain observations, actions, and recommendations to car wash owners and managers.
- Build reports to document work for site owners.
- Identify priorities, set goals, and achieve them.
- Prospect and win new chemical accounts by developing sales pipelines, identifying prospects, and creating value propositions.
- Manage chemical transitions with customers, providing all necessary technical assistance.
- Report weekly progress on the sales pipeline.
- Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA, and provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Account Manager or Senior Leadership team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years.
- No more than 2 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years.
- No impaired driving convictions within the past 5 years, and no pending charges.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel several times during the month.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.
- May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
