About the Role
This is a unique chance to be part of a brand with a rich heritage and a forward-looking approach to sustainable mobility. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Responsibilities
- Work on the iconic London black cabs — including our latest model of new energy vehicle.
- Gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Attend training blocks at Inspiro’s training centre in Derby.
- Complete pre- and post-learning either at home or in the workplace.
Requirements
- A minimum age of 16
- GCSE English and Maths at a Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in automotive technology
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Results-oriented and proactive
- Resilience and adaptability
- Commitment to ethical standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to completing the full 3.5-year programme

Salary/Compensations
- £22,000 per annum, with staged increases upon successful completion of each year
