About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, supporting ongoing projects and initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation in manufacturing processes. Gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collect and analyze data from experiments and tests, and assist in generating reports to summarize findings and recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to support project objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA V5 and Siemens NX) for mechanical design, drafting, and NC programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges.
