About the Role
Dust is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale its go-to-market organization. This role requires an individual who has prior experience building a GTM team from the ground up and possesses an executive recruiter's mindset. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for US GTM teams, leveraging a strong network and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own Full-Cycle GTM Recruiting in the US
- Drive high-quality hires across GTM functions (Sales, CS, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing)
- Own headhunting and network-driven sourcing as the primary pipeline driver
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, build scorecards, design interview processes, and calibrate on what great looks like for GTM roles
- Advise the business on hiring priorities and timing, challenging the hiring plan when necessary
- Operate as an Executive Recruiter, building and maintaining community relationships and proactively building pipeline
- Design and improve talent acquisition systems, including scorecards, interview processes, and sourcing workflows
- Utilize AI to scale talent operations and reimagine recruiting processes
- Navigate competing priorities across GTM leaders and align them on a single hiring plan
- Build trust with hiring managers through strong judgment, GTM domain expertise, and a clear point of view on exceptional talent
- Challenge briefs and propose alternatives to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep GTM/sales recruiting expertise at high-growth startups
- Experience building GTM teams from an early stage
- Experience building systems that improved talent acquisition processes
- Strong networking, community building, and event participation skills
- Executive recruiter mindset with a long-term relationship focus
- Passion for AI's potential in transforming teams and reinventing recruiting
- Experience with modern ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
- Strong judgment and taste for GTM talent
- Excel at multi-stakeholder management
- Ability to build trust quickly and challenge hiring managers
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Transparent and direct communication style
- Focus on candidate and hiring manager experience
- Proactive mindset and high agency
- Ability to advise and challenge hiring plans
- Data-driven approach to diagnosing issues and informing decisions
