About the Role

The Vice President will support the CRE (Commercial Real Estate) mortgage warehouse financing as well as residential mortgage whole loan trade support. Product exposure includes RTL, NQM, MSR, NPL/RPL, SBC, SFR.

Responsibilities

Manage daily trade flow for Warehouse Lending.
Process bookings and cash/wire movements for Warehouse Lending.
Perform monthly remittance reconciliation for Warehouse Lending.
Handle cash settlement and ledger posting for Warehouse Lending.
Manage daily breaks for Warehouse Lending.
Manage daily trade flow for Whole Loan.
Process cash/wire movements for Whole Loan.
Manage break management for Whole Loan.
Perform monthly remittance reconciliation for Whole Loan.
Handle ledger postings for Whole Loan.
Coordinate with desks for loan repurchases.
Coordinate loan sale activities for Whole Loan.

Requirements

4+ years of experience supporting Mortgage Lending business – Warehouse facilities.
Familiarity with governing legal docs for Secured Lending facilities.
CRE specific exposure is a plus.
Experience with Pro Merit, Loan IQ, Alteryx.
Strong reconciliation skills.
Ability to multi-task and perform at a high level of efficiency with tight deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills to facilitate interaction with trading, banking, legal and risk colleagues.
4+ years of experience supporting Whole Loan Mortgage Trading business.
Familiarity with client specific as well as trade specific documentation.
Exposure to various mortgage products including RTL, SBC, NQM, NPL/RPL.
Experience with Centricity, Alteryx.
Experience interacting with Mortgage Servicers.
Detail oriented and thorough in ensuring all payments due on inventory are received monthly.
Strong reconciliation skills vital to the monthly remittance process.
Good written and verbal communication skill to ensure efficient flow of information to front office and to facilitate effective interactions with various servicers, client, legal and risk teams.
Expectation of 10-12 hour working days.
