About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for customer-oriented technical support of the Hach device portfolio, including commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Your personal interaction is crucial for high customer satisfaction and strong customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Customer-oriented technical support of the Hach device portfolio (commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and repairs).
- Provide support for product improvement and installation support for test setups or customer orders.
- Collaborate closely with sales and provide recommendations for expanding service contracts and spare parts procurement.
- Commissioning and customer training, maintenance, and repair of Hach products for water and wastewater measurements.
Requirements
- Willingness for daily business trips with 2-3 overnight stays per month.
- Driver's license class B.
- High-level German language proficiency.
