About the Role
As a Retail Athlete Advisor, you represent the Wilson brand by creating exceptional experiences for customers and the community. You will educate athletes on high-performance sportswear and racket equipment while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for play.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional athlete experiences during every shift
- Manage cash handling and register transactions
- Perform inventory management
- Replenish salesfloor items
- Conduct regular floor walks to maintain store cleanliness
- Support store projects and brand initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on equipment and sportswear
- Merchandise the store to ensure ease of shopping and visual appeal
- Maintain open and transparent communication with the team and leadership
- Participate in monthly team tennis lessons
Requirements
- Experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional consumer experiences
- Ability to solve the needs of every athlete
