About the Role
The Manager Field Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness and student recruitment through impactful community-focused event demonstrations. This role also builds and maintains strategic partnerships with local employers, educational providers, and industry leaders to enhance the school's presence.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and represent recruitment events, including transporting company truck and trailer and setting up demonstrations.
- Drive enrollment growth by identifying and engaging prospective students through events that deliver high-value leads.
- Optimize event ROI by developing and executing local event strategies.
- Build and leverage strategic partnerships with industry partners, local employers, and high school staff.
- Enhance event performance metrics through tracking and analyzing event success.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Innovate and expand recruitment strategies by developing and testing new event formats and promotional tactics.
- Deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations at high schools, community events, and employer partner activations.
- Establish strong relationships with industry partners, local employers, and high schools to increase brand presence and student referrals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in marketing or event management with particular experience in onsite and offsite events.
- Knowledge of basic marketing & advertising disciplines.
- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
- Meet DOT requirements and pass a driving test.
Skills
- Strong communication skills across all business channels.
- Skilled in operating and driving large vehicles (class 3).
- Skill and comfort with public speaking and facilitating presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on execution, follow-up and measurement of event success through analyzing metrics.
- Communicate orally and in writing.
- Able to communicate, think, learn, and reason.
- Able to use computers and computer systems to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks.
- Able to safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations.
- Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility.
- Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously.
- Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates to essential functions of the position.
- Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $75,000 - $85,000

About the Company
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location.
- Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
- Events may occur outdoors, creating exposure to variable weather conditions.
- This position is designated as Hybrid (combination of on campus and remote); Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
- Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions.
- Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment.
- Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
- Overnight and/or Local travel required (up to 80%).
