About the Role
Greyhound, an industry leader for over a century and part of Flix since 2021, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their Maintenance Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, reliability, and efficiency of the company's fleet, keeping customers moving through innovative technology and a unique business model.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
- Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
- Schedule all operations to ensure buses operate on time and in exceptional condition.
- Coordinate repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
- Schedule cleaning and all related functions for coaches and equipment.
- Train and mentor employees.
Requirements
- Ability to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 3 or more years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
- Mechanical background.
- High School Diploma or GED.

- USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
