About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on leader in AI architecture, development, and business process design to explore new technological possibilities. This pivotal role will leverage AI to transform our product design, team management, and client delivery, translating core business processes into autonomous AI workflows across all operations and key products.
Responsibilities
- Drive cultural change through AI education and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Stay current with AI developments, experiment with emerging tools, and innovate deployment methods.
- Map complex business, product, and team workflows to improve output and productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for technological transformation in work processes.
- Design and deploy multi-agent systems for collaborative problem-solving and product delivery.
- Integrate multimodal LLMs, programmatic APIs, creative tools, and logistics trackers.
- Design robust human checkpoints and ensure graceful AI system failure.
- Implement data retention systems for AI agents, adhering to data protection requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep Python expertise.
- Proven, hands-on experience building multi-agent workflows or complex LLM orchestration pipelines (e.g. LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Experience working with Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
- Strong experience chaining external APIs together.
- Experience deploying applications securely on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with social media APIs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite / APIs, automated rendering).
- Prior experience in AdTech, digital marketing, or the entertainment industry.
- A genuine interest in internet culture, social platforms, creators and the intersection between technology and entertainment.
- A portfolio, GitHub, prototype or half-finished experiment.
