About the Role

Board Intelligence is seeking a visible and sociable individual to join the People & Culture team. This role focuses on protecting and growing the company's culture, attracting great talent, and managing P&C programs end-to-end. It's an opportunity to shape how the company scales and work at the intersection of AI and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the in-house Talent Acquisition team and the Senior Talent Partner with day-to-day recruitment activity.
  • Run Board Intelligence's graduate hiring programme end-to-end.
  • Support with driving participation for all P&C related surveys and translate scores into practical initiatives.
  • Build P&C's brand credibility with employees and drive participation in P&C-led initiatives.
  • Own the onboarding and employee pride dimension of EVP, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and are set up for success.
  • Dream up socials, engagement events and recognition moments to build connection and pride.
  • Lead AI-augmented change management across the business.
  • Provide direct project support to the CPO on People & Culture initiatives.
  • Run programmes and projects end-to-end, from planning through to delivery.
  • Build genuine relationships across the business, acting as a proactive, visible presence for P&C.
  • Use this role as a springboard into broader People & Culture work.
  • Plan and run engaging company-wide events that bring people together and reinforce company culture.

Requirements

  • Comes from an events management, recruitment, or EA background.
  • Has a genuine interest in moving into People & Culture.
  • 2–4 years' experience in employee experience, engagement, internal communications, events, recruitment, or EA support.
  • Experience ideally within a multi-site or international business.
  • Proactive by nature – spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
  • An engaging extrovert who builds rapport quickly and enjoys being the visible face of an initiative.
  • Has a genuine track record of getting people to actually turn up.
  • Comfortable measuring and improving participation.
  • Project-focused – likes owning a programme end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working with survey data and engagement scores, translating them into a credible narrative and initiatives.
  • Confident operating close to a CPO; a direct communicator who doesn't need heavy oversight.
