About the Role

This role involves leading major client engagements focused on customer-led growth and marketing transformation, combining strategic thinking, consulting rigor, and practical delivery leadership. Additionally, you will play a leadership role in the New York team, mentor junior members, and contribute to practice development.

Responsibilities

Leading major and complex client engagements focused on customer-led growth and marketing transformation.
Building trusted senior client relationships and operating credibly with CMO, CXO and broader executive stakeholders.
Growing key accounts and creating new opportunities, shaping and selling consulting work.
Playing a leadership role in the New York team, helping to build presence, culture and market profile.
Mentoring and developing more junior team members, while contributing to practice development, proposition building and internal initiatives.

Requirements

Significant consulting experience in a recognised consulting firm.
Operating at Principal or Senior Manager level.
Significant and credible experience leading complex transformation programmes, with deep specialism in customer strategy and marketing transformation.
A strong consulting toolkit, including experience in customer strategy, customer experience design, marketing transformation, digital transformation and operating model design.
A proven track record in business development, with the ability to grow accounts, originate new opportunities and generate revenue through the sale of consulting services.
The ability to shape practical, high-impact solutions that connect customer, marketing and business transformation priorities.
Desire to contribute to the business plan, strengthen propositions and lead internal initiatives.
Strong leadership capability, including prior experience of leading consulting teams, coaching junior colleagues and helping to build team capability.
Candidates must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK.
