About the Role
As a Founders Associate, you will provide central support to the Founder's Office, working closely with the Head of Operations to shape and implement key company initiatives. You will engage in a variety of projects driving Code Gaia's growth, gaining comprehensive insights into business management and strategy development. This role offers a unique opportunity for extensive startup experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the Founders Office team, particularly the Head of Operations, in developing and executing company strategies and growth initiatives.
- Assist in managing projects across various business areas to ensure objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses, and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and ensure quality.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and represent the Head of Operations in meetings.
- Support the Head of Operations with ad-hoc requests and daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong ability to quickly grasp complex issues and perform data-driven analysis.
- Initial project management experience, preferably in a dynamic or fast-growing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English for effective stakeholder interaction.
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to take responsibility in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong interest in startups, business models, and sustainable growth.
