About the Role
Account Executives at Indeed help organizations maximize their online recruitment strategy by advocating job search technology and promoting the power of our products to make them more productive, collective, and mobile. Your drive to learn and connect with others will help organizations find and hire great people.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold-call clients in the Mexico market
- Build and develop account relationships and close sales efficiently
- Evaluate and assess trends to present monthly analytics reports to clients
- Target potential revenue opportunities and build a pipeline to achieve quota
- Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via webinar
- Develop relationships through phone, email, social media, and professional networking
- Drive growth by selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB)
Requirements
- Write and speak Spanish and English fluently via email, telephone, in person, chat, etc.
- Motivated to hunt (cold-call) and educate
- Not easily intimidated by new relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Data-focused and self-motivated approach

Salary/Compensations
- Tier 2 - United States of America 19.23 - 28.37 USD per hour base. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is between $90k - $119k per year.
- Senior Account Executive (internal only): 21.63 - 32.69 USD per hour base. On-Target Earning (OTE) for this title is between $135k - $158k.
