About the Role

Provides complex clerical and administrative support to a departmental office or program.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail, including importing and exporting data files into Raiser’s Edge NXT.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data collection, entry, reconciliation, and reporting for gift and constituent records.
  • Regularly review data records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist with BoardSpot and Board Committee administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Update and maintain the Standards Manual and other policies and procedures.
  • Enter and process documentation such as forms, reports, surveys, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Prepare lists and reports in support of fundraising analysis and stewardship efforts.
  • Support other administrative, scheduling, and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume data entry and maintaining record accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets) including formula creation, pivot tables, dashboards and reporting preparation.
  • Understanding of and experience with CRM databases.
  • Ability to use features such as queries and lists to successfully pull data sets from CRM.
  • Work safely and follow safety rules. Report unsafe working conditions and behavior. Take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practices.
