About the Role
This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the slots operation on a shift basis while establishing and contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. It involves assisting with planning and directing slots operations, ensuring adherence to policies, motivating staff, and supporting a learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides input for team member performance objectives and evaluations
- Schedules and supervises team members; edits timesheets for payroll
- Monitors shift work assignments
- Resolves customer disputes; reports irregularities, disputes and suspicious activities; prepares CRS Incident Reports
- Maintains slot inventories and supplies
- Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Manages other initiatives as required
Requirements
- Post Secondary education or suitable combination of education and experience an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in slot operations
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum Rate (CAD $) 54,000.00
- Job Rate (CAD $) 71,500.00
- Maximum Rate (CAD $) 89,000.00
