About the Role
The Millennium Alliance is seeking a Latin America Delegate Market Strategist to join our New York City office. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with C-Level executives across Latin America, contributing to the success of our events and the core of our value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective delegates from leading companies across Latin America through telesales, social selling, and research-driven outreach.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to attract C-Level executives to assigned events.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and prospective delegates across Latin American markets.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets.
- Manage delegate relationships by addressing inquiries related to event programs, schedules, speaking opportunities, and participation.
- Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers to identify high-value executive prospects.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business Development, Events, Travel, and Production teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with internal sales processes.
- Support the development of innovative and impactful event programs through active collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare and manage personal delegate sales materials to effectively represent Millennium’s value proposition.
- Assist in organizing and executing at least 3 Millennium Alliance events annually.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to work from our New York City office.
Skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with or selling to C-Level executives preferred
- Experience prospecting or building relationships within Latin American markets preferred
- Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, account management, or another relationship-driven role preferred
- Background in Digital IT, IT Security, Human Resources, Retail, Marketing, Healthcare, or Supply Chain industries preferred
- Ability to analyze markets, identify high-value targets, and develop relationships that generate new business
- Strong cold calling, persuasive writing, research, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven business environment
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
