About the Role

As an Associate on the team, you will support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn core investment banking knowledge and expand analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day presents different projects and assignments, including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations, and managing Analysts. You will serve as a role model to Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and thrive under pressure. You will play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for clients. We partner with you to advance your career goals while providing consistent, transparent feedback fostering personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects.
Create financial models.
Draft pitch and marketing materials.
Participate in client presentations.
Manage Analysts.
Identify training and learning opportunities for Analysts.
Monitor work quality of Analysts.

SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (either must have or must take exams within 30 days of start date).
