About the Role
Broadway National is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
- Oversee and manage assigned staff, providing direction and support.
- Respond promptly to client concerns and escalations, driving issues through resolution.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities.
- Develop account strategies and business plans, establishing goals for revenue growth.
- Partner with the Sales team to promote and expand Broadway National services.
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction; implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely account information in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Audit client work orders and service activity for accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and service requirements.
- Prepare and present weekly and quarterly account reports.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of account management, sales, client service, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, including Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and results-driven with the ability to lead and motivate others.
