About the Role
Lead the EVO Club with a focus on goals and service, driving member growth and customer satisfaction through proactive acquisition strategies and continuous development of new approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead the EVO Club with a focus on goals and service.
- Manage member growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively acquire new members and develop strategies to achieve acquisition goals.
- Conduct consultations and sales discussions, including training sessions.
- Handle operational tasks in the studio with support from the Operation Manager, ensuring the studio's excellent condition.
- Ensure adherence to company standards in service, care, cleanliness, order, and technology in collaboration with the Operation Manager.
- Organize and implement measures to retain members and foster a lasting customer experience.
- Support new clients in starting their training and create needs-based training plans.
- Be available to members in the studio with a friendly and competent demeanor to answer questions.
- Cultivate a strong personal training network for your club and serve as a role model for trainers and members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the fitness industry.
- Possession of at least a Trainer B-License; additional trainer licenses or education in fitness & nutrition are advantageous.
- A degree in sports science or education in related fields is a plus.
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Service-oriented and strong communication skills, fostering community with an open demeanor.
- Empathetic, able to address customer needs effectively, and read between the lines.
- Passionate about fitness and skilled in supporting clients in achieving their goals and adopting a healthier lifestyle.
