About the Role
Advantage Renewables offers an internship where you will collaborate with experts in renewable energy development and finance. You will work on impactful projects aligned with your interests, contributing to the development of high-quality solar and energy storage projects across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project finance models to evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment of solar and storage projects.
- Conduct due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial, high-level technical, and market analysis, to assess their suitability for integration into our solar development business.
- Determine the valuation of potential targets and assist in negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to management, guiding them in making informed decisions.
Requirements
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- An inquisitive mind interested in renewable energy.
- A knack for best business and finance practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
