About the Role

Decagon is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator in New York City to support field marketing initiatives and drive pipeline for Sales and SDR teams. This role involves researching, planning, and executing events, managing swag, and ensuring alignment with the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of field events, conferences, and trade shows, including pre-event preparation, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage event logistics, sales enablement, vendor communication, shipping, onsite needs, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate smaller events, such as executive dinners and ancillary conference activations, from initial planning through final follow-up.
  • Identify and evaluate high-impact events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Decagon’s ideal customer profile and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to align on event targets, pre-event outreach, lead routing, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Manage the sourcing, inventory, and shipment of swag, branded materials, and gifts for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Upload and maintain event attendee and lead lists, ensuring accurate campaign attribution and lead routing.
  • Uphold strong data hygiene to provide GTM teams with reliable, actionable data.
  • Track event performance, review lead quality, and identify opportunities to improve field programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or operations. Relevant internship experience is welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a fast-moving, sales-driven team.
  • Comfortable taking initiative coordinating smaller events.
