About the Role
The Investments team at Bell Partners plays a critical role in shaping the future of our multifamily portfolio. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the investment lifecycle over a 10-week program.
Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models and pro formas to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses to support investment decisions.
- Assist in the creation of investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior team members to gain insight into Bell’s investment strategy and decision-making process.
- Analyze reports and operational data to understand performance drivers and business impact.
- Work with Bell’s proprietary platforms and tools to support key investment initiatives.
