About the Role
RELEX Solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant with a passion for optimizing supply chains using the latest technologies, including machine learning. This role offers opportunities for personal development and growth within a highly skilled team, working closely with customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative solutions. The position requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and planning needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions that drive customer profitability.
- Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Guide customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of our product, ensuring they fully leverage its capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.
Requirements
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).
- Several years of professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations with a solid understanding of planning and scheduling challenges.
- Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities with customers.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- German is an advantage.
