McGard is seeking a highly talented and motivated Tumbler Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Sets up and operates all vibratory and glass bead blasting equipment.
Verify that lot cards have all previous operations signed off.
Select proper grade of media and compounds and installs in predetermined amounts, with proper parts.
Operate machines to their predetermined time.
Operate and maintain various dry blasting equipment.
Operate the LPL Robot, including rack maintenance.
Responsible for supplies/inventory requisitions.
Ensure parts produced are regularly inspected for quality.
Implement proper safety procedures.
Cleans machines daily and keeps work area orderly.
Performs preventative maintenance as required.
Performs any other duties as directed by Supervisor or Management personnel.

Able to communicate effectively in English both written and orally.
Forklift experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Employees assigned to the work on either the Harper Buffer or Acme Buffer are NEVER allowed to enter the machine room unless the employee has been trained in Company Lock Out/Tag Out program and the proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures have been followed, and the machine is locked out.
Temporary employees are NEVER allowed in the Buffers machine rooms.
