About the Role
Re-Bath New Hampshire & Maine is seeking a driven and personable Design Consultant in Tilton, NH, to help homeowners transform their bathrooms by guiding them through remodeling solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about design, sales, and making a difference in people's homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess bathroom remodeling needs and present design solutions.
- Deliver compelling, product-focused sales presentations using Re-Bath's proven process.
- Develop accurate project estimates and proposals tailored to each customer's budget and vision.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions and close sales.
- Collaborate with installation and project management teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales, design consulting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret design layouts, product specifications, and project scopes.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on commission.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or interior design is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM software preferred.
