About the Role
A Patient Services Liaison (PSL) contributes to AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) by demonstrating sensitivity to the stigma of HIV, understanding barriers to care, and exercising the importance of anonymity and privacy. The PSL enhances AHF's reputation by operating with a philosophy of teamwork, maintaining accurate pick-up, and delivering medicine, supplies, documents, and other items using a company-provided vehicle. This role involves being a passionate advocate for AHF's top initiatives and ensuring AHF's Core Values and Mission remain central to all activities. AHF operates with a collaborative structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders, and the PSL will work as part of a close-knit team to adhere to policies and keep patients informed of deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver medicine, supplies, documents, and other items.
- Keep patients informed of deliveries.
- Adhere to AHF Policies & Procedures.
