About the Role
Securitas is seeking multiple security employees (m/f/d) with at least a certified security and safety specialist (GSSK) qualification for their Berlin Mitte location. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of people in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Issuing and managing access passes, including access control
- Telephone services
- Greeting and directing guests and visitor groups
- Key management
- Patrols and rounds
- Escorting guests, visitors, and external service providers
- Supporting event services
Requirements
- Graduation as a Certified Protection and Security Specialist (GSSK)
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient PC skills, especially MS Office
- Strong communication skills, particularly for de-escalation and constructive conflict resolution
- Punctuality and reliability
- Foreign language skills are desirable
