About the Role
Working as part of the Front Office team, you will complete night audits, support guests with late check-ins, queries, and early check-outs. You will also complete end-of-day procedures and health and safety checks. This role requires someone who can work calmly under pressure, be vigilant, and prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
