About the Role
Terminal.exe is All Your BI's AI-native data platform for container terminal operators. You will build the core of the platform: the pipelines and data model that turn fragmented, hard-to-trust terminal data into actionable insights for operators.
Responsibilities
- Design and build pipelines to move data from terminal operating systems into the platform.
- Develop the transformation layer to convert raw operational data into curated, documented datasets.
- Implement ELT pipelines with near-real-time refresh for operational reporting and daily batch for analytics.
- Build a multi-tenant data architecture on Azure PostgreSQL.
- Develop and extend internal connector tooling written in Go.
- Implement data quality monitoring, including gap detection, freshness alerting, and reconciliation.
- Map source data from different TOS versions and configurations onto shared definitions within the standardized terminal data model.
- Work directly with terminal operations staff.
Requirements
- Curiosity and a genuine appetite for architectural ownership.
- 5+ years of data engineering experience, including end-to-end ownership of production data platforms.
- Comfortable making decisions, not just executing.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience building and operating ELT pipelines against operational source systems.
- Experience with event-driven or streaming architectures.
- Cloud data platform experience on Azure.
- Strong focus on data correctness and instrumentation.

- €85,000-€99,000 per year inclusive of holiday allowance
