About the Role
This role provides essential support to the PR/Influencer and full marketing teams, ensuring the smooth coordination, preparation, and execution of various activities. While external agencies manage core product sendouts and press office operations, this coordinator will assist as needed, reporting to the Senior PR & Influencer Manager-UKI.
Responsibilities
- Support product sendouts and gifting in collaboration with the PR agency.
- Assist with press office needs where required, including sample tracking or information requests.
- Support influencer seeding logistics, creator lists, and briefing needs.
- Assist with event preparation, logistics, and on-site support.
- Maintain internal PR trackers, calendars, and coverage documents.
- Support team meeting preparation, agendas, and documentation.
- Help maintain team calendars, trackers, and shared resources.
- Assist with sampling, Merch, and GWP coordination when needed.
- Support campaign and launch execution across Brand and Product teams.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support across the department.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in PR, influencer, or marketing support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative and proactive.
