About the Role
This role focuses on building relationships with students and universities to ensure HRT connects with the strongest emerging technical talent. It offers autonomy and impact on HRT’s quantitative research campus talent strategy within a collaborative global team. You will manage talent attraction and evaluation processes to bring outstanding talent to HRT.
Responsibilities
- Source and build relationships with top technical talent at campuses across EMEA.
- Utilize data to drive efficiency across the recruiting process and critically evaluate campus strategy decisions.
- Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to execute efficient interview processes that identify standout candidates.
- Lead candidates through the interview process with a focus on candidate experience and collaborate with stakeholders on evaluation processes.
- Build strong relationships with interns, partner with mentors and hiring managers on intern evaluation, and support programmatic elements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on defining key candidate profiles, developing interview processes, and maintaining a high hiring bar.
- Identify and establish relationships with key campus stakeholders and position HRT as a top employer for students across EMEA.
- Own, plan, and execute end-to-end recruiting events at campuses, traveling as needed to act as a brand ambassador for HRT.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, campus sourcing, university relations, or program management.
- Experience in quantitative trading, finance, or similar spaces preferred.
- Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent.
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Experience working with analytics/reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
