Responsibilities
- Own engineering execution end-to-end.
- Take ideas from zero to production.
- Help define the technical DNA of the company.
- Ship fast, learn faster: Deploy daily.
- Talk to users and shape the roadmap.
- Train AI agents by designing LLM-powered testers.
- Own the stack: Python, TypeScript, cloud infra, from commit to production.
- Turn prototypes into production by running real experiments on models, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
Requirements
- Relentless drive and ability to execute and adapt quickly.
- Experience shipping product in a startup environment with minimal oversight.
- Fluency with AI/LLMs, including LangChain, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
- Full-stack capabilities across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Product obsession and focus on outcomes.
- Experimental mindset with a build-test-learn-repeat approach.
- Experience shipping AI features in production.
- Experience building products from inception (0 to 1).
- Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, chaotic environment.
