About the Role
KIKO MILANO is seeking energetic, reliable Seasonal E-Commerce Warehouse Operators to support Dark Store operations during the peak trading season (Black Friday and Christmas). This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of thousands of customer orders, contributing to an exceptional online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Packing products to company standards for safe delivery.
- Preparing and handing over shipments to courier partners.
- Receiving, unloading, and storing merchandise.
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Inspecting products for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Organising stock locations to maximise warehouse efficiency.
- Supporting replenishment activities across warehouse locations.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand carts where required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily productivity targets and service levels.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, retail stockroom, or e-commerce experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment during peak seasonal demand.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the working day.
- Commitment to following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Experience within an e-commerce fulfilment operation.
- Experience using warehouse equipment and handling stock movements.
