About the Role
Embark on an 18-24 month hairdressing apprenticeship, with training at the salon, regional training centre, or the TONI&GUY Flagship Academy in London. Upon completion, apprentices earn a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier hairdressing experience.
- Enhance client satisfaction by delivering professional and soothing shampoo treatments.
- Extend warm hospitality to all clients, offering and providing refreshments as needed.
- Always maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon.
Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect and build rapport with diverse individuals and personalities.
- No prior experience in hairdressing or salon work is required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Successful completion of an 8-week fixed-term Salon Support position is required for apprenticeship enrolment, during which suitability will be assessed.
