About the Role
Join the Three Little Pigs Hostel in Berlin as an Operations Manager. We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality who can organize, make decisions, lead a team, and contribute hands-on. We host backpackers, school groups, and international travelers, offering a dynamic and non-traditional hotel experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hostel operations and act as the liaison between Cluster Management and the team.
- Manage and organize daily operational business.
- Lead and develop employees.
- Coordinate reception, bar, housekeeping, and technical services.
- Ensure quality and service standards.
- Optimize workflows and processes.
- Control duty and work schedules.
- Support recruiting and onboarding.
- Handle guest complaints and management professionally.
- Control costs, orders, and inventory management.
- Coordinate service providers, groups, events, and activities.
- Manage social media channels.
- Plan and create photo, video, and story content.
- Develop campaigns and promotions.
- Market events, cooperations, and offers.
- Collaborate with partners and local networks.
- Monitor operational KPIs and budgets.
- Oversee staffing and productivity.
- Track quality and guest feedback.
- Control costs and identify optimization potentials.
Requirements
- Experience in hotel, hostel, gastronomy, or operations.
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in employee development.
- Organizational talent and initiative.

- Very good German and English language skills.
