About the Role
As a Student Advisor at ICMP London, you will be the welcoming and professional first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff at our Kilburn and Queen’s Park campuses. You will provide clear, timely advice and support for a wide range of enquiries via in-person, telephone, or online interactions, ensuring a positive student experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, welcoming reception support to applicants, students, visitors, and staff.
- Respond promptly and accurately to student enquiries via in-person, telephone, and email channels.
- Assess the complexity and urgency of enquiries and refer to appropriate teams or services.
- Support key student lifecycle events such as Enrolment, Induction, Open Days, and Graduation.
- Monitor and manage enquiries through email inboxes and Microsoft Teams to ensure timely responses.
- Assist with the training and support of Student Ambassadors in front desk duties.
- Complete required training including CAS, Health and Safety, First Aid, and Fire Marshal.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
