About the Role

Evri is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead teams in processing parcels and ensure the smooth running of depot operations. This role involves motivating, managing, and developing a diverse workforce to achieve optimal performance and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and train reports to ensure SLA's are met for the day shift.
Process MI reports based on the work output of Drivers and Loaders.
Manage all areas of day operations, sortation, and transportation efficiently and cost-effectively.
Oversee people management, including recruitment, inductions, performance, and attendance management.
Submit daily debriefs with drivers and weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with legalities and domestic driving hours (breaks/length of shifts/rest periods).
Provide additional support on all driver compliance in depots.
Ensure effective utilization of rosters for resourcing.

Requirements

Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurized environment to tight deadlines.
Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage.
PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Transport knowledge, skills, or experience including regulations.
Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels.
Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements.
