About the Role
Join a high-performing outpatient physical therapy team where your growth is supported. Earn $85K–$112K, a sign-on bonus, and up to $25K in Student Loan Repayment. Treat a dynamic caseload spanning orthopedics, sports, post-surgical, vestibular, and geriatric rehabilitation in a clinic known for exceptional care and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads
