About the Role
Aramark UK seeks an experienced Team Leader to support operations in a new cafe on Oxford Street, London. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support operational management and financial performance of the site.
- Ensure waste management processes are in place.
- Champion excellent customer service and implement communication tools to build sales.
- Support the implementation of new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring adherence to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements.
- Lead team performance to meet KPIs.
Requirements
- Operational experience at management level within the catering/hospitality industry.
- A people manager able to drive and deliver the highest standards.
- Ability to drive projects at pace with exceptional attention to detail and flair.
- Professionalism and ability to present and report on relevant business information.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
