About the Role
As a Hausmeister (m/w/d) for Circle K in the Berlin region, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service stations through technical understanding and practical skills. You will be part of a leading global company in convenience and mobility, contributing to our vision of becoming the preferred destination for convenience and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple Circle K service stations in the Berlin area.
- Perform minor repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks.
- Regularly inspect buildings, outdoor areas, and technical equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and traffic safety at the locations.
- Assist with renovations, modernizations, and new openings.
- Coordinate and oversee external service providers and craft businesses.
- Replace and repair fixtures and furnishings.
- Collaborate closely with our gas station teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Practical skills and technical understanding.
- Ideally, initial experience as a caretaker, building technician, or in a comparable role.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Friendly demeanor and strong service orientation.
- Enjoyment of varied work with different locations.
- Valid driver's license class B and own car.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
