About the Role

As our Founder's Associate, you will work directly alongside HASH's founder/CEO to effectively manage and further accelerate the company's rapid growth. Your role will involve ensuring operational excellence, leading special projects, and providing ad-hoc founder support.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute processes, and later delegate them to build operational functions like PeopleOps, FinancialOps, and SalesOps.
  • Ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead the delivery of key, strategic initiatives such as organizing high-profile events, coordinating product launches, or expanding into new markets.
  • Provide support to the firm's founders on time-critical matters.
  • Experience what it takes to scale a company on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Completed (or be about to complete) a Bachelor's or Master's degree by summer 2026 from a top university in Business, Management, Software Engineering, Maths, or a similar field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English (C2 fluency) with a natural talent for persuasive writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, including following complex instructions and identifying key information.
  • Responsiveness and proactivity, with quick replies and comprehensive follow-ups.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to execution.
  • Resiliency and grit to work hard through uncertainty and setbacks.
  • Numeracy, with the ability to read and process financial statements.
  • High raw IQ for problem-solving and reasoning across various domains.
  • High social IQ for managing diverse stakeholders and detecting tone/feeling.
  • High social energy to proactively unblock issues.
