Responsibilities
- Conduct information and sales calls with inbound qualified leads.
- Guide new clients through product and application inquiries from initial contact to signature.
- Relay customer feedback to marketing, tech, and customer success teams with concrete improvement suggestions.
- Optimize call scripts to enhance conversion rates.
- Maintain a clean and updated pipeline (Pipedrive).
- Contribute to shaping the organization of the French sales team.
Requirements
- Results-oriented with the ability to remain calm with difficult clients.
- Persuasive and empathetic sales approach.
- Meticulous in follow-up and reporting.
- Team player who enjoys regular collaboration with colleagues.
- Fluent in English.
- High capacity for results and rapid learning.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements.
- Experience in insurance, B2C, or B2B sales is a plus, but motivation and methodology are prioritized over CV.
- Understand that building something great requires long hours, fast-paced processes, and the ability to move forward without a perfect structure.
- Genuinely care about the product and want to impact the entire industry.
