About the Role
As a Retail Salesperson for IQOS, you will be the face of our IQOS shop-in-shop, responsible for sales, customer loyalty, and brand presence. You will proactively engage with customers, support marketing initiatives, and ensure the smooth operation of the shop, creating a memorable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to acquire new ones and excite existing ones, sustainably expanding our loyal and new customer base.
- Proactively implement sales promotion, image, and marketing campaigns to increase IQOS awareness and drive sales.
- Make IQOS tangible, actively spark interest in innovative products, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Conscientiously and independently complete tasks in line with our quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong service and customer orientation with a passion for a unique shopping experience.
- Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and enjoys active customer contact.
- Ideally, experience in retail, sales, or promotion.
- Organizational talent and structured way of working.
- Strong communication skills in German.
- English language skills are an advantage.

- €2,600 - €3,100 base salary plus performance-based commission
