About the Role
Join ]init[ to shape the society of tomorrow by developing digital solutions with societal relevance. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to realize digital solutions for the eSociety.
Responsibilities
- Realize large IT projects of societal relevance using agile, classic, or hybrid methods.
- Translate customer requirements into new and existing IT solutions and processes with an interdisciplinary team, acting as Product Owner in Agile Project Setups.
- Implement projects in a diverse technological environment, including CMS, FMS, Lowcode platforms, custom applications, and cloud solutions.
- Accompany clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, advising on digital transformation and ]init[ portfolio solutions.
- Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces.
- Contribute to the design and moderation of client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation.
- Identify optimization potentials in internal and external collaboration, develop action recommendations, and proactively shape change processes.
- Develop our method toolset and mentor PM colleagues, as technical leadership is part of the Senior role.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for implementing outstanding IT projects, including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or custom applications.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of Project Leadership.
- Proficiency in agile or classic project methodologies.
- Experience with complex technical issues, client interaction, and identifying sales potential.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- Completed university degree.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness for a confidential security check may be required after an offer.
