About the Role
Join ]init[ to shape the society of tomorrow by developing digital solutions with societal relevance. Work with over 1,400 employees in interdisciplinary teams across seven locations or remotely from anywhere in Germany. As a Project Manager, you will realize large digitalization projects, potentially in part-time.
Responsibilities
- Realize innovative, digital projects of societal relevance with your interdisciplinary team.
- Advise and support clients throughout the entire project duration, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Independently manage projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies; act as a Product Owner in Agile Project Setups.
- Contribute expertise in designing and facilitating workshops with clients.
Requirements
- Passion for implementing web projects with 2+ years of experience in project leadership.
- Completed university degree.
- Proficiency in project management skills (PMI, IPMA, Scrum) and their appropriate application.
- Enjoy client interaction and effectively use workshops and presentations to understand client needs.
- Interest in administrative digitalization in the public sector, digital transformation for business clients, or complex CMS projects with CoreMedia, Drupal, or Typo 3.
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
