About the Role

As the expert on demand creation, acquisition, nurture, and engagement strategies within the Digital GTM Japan team, the Senior Digital Manager will drive growth and sales success for Adobe's creative and productive tools. This role requires a deep knowledge of digital marketing practices and mobile app business to lead multi-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, increase new customer acquisition, and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and forecast relevant metrics to understand business trends and develop business cases for growth.
  • Optimize acquisition and engagement funnels for Desktop and Mobile on Adobe.com using data-driven business models.
  • Enhance customer experience journeys and drive multi-functional teams to achieve long-term customer growth goals.
  • Establish and operate campaign frameworks with Marketing to deliver best-in-class customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in key customer segments to provide insights for improved product capabilities and experiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to implement plans that meet quarterly and annual sales goals for Digital.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience with 7+ years in marketing, high tech, mobile app, or e-commerce.
  • Advanced SQL skills (independent writing and optimization) and experience with Machine Learning models.
  • Ability to rapidly assess problems, define options, evaluate, and implement solutions for critical business issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate a course of action with supporting facts and data.
  • Deep understanding of digital business models, the mobile app landscape, and customer experience optimization.
  • Customer-first orientation with experience on B2C products or services.
  • Desire to have impact measured by real-world metrics correlating to sales success.
  • Proven success in dynamic environments, anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
  • Native Japanese and business-level English skills.
  • Cultural awareness and experience in the Japan market.
  • Outstanding sense of humor.
